Diagnostic Review

The globalisation of the economy and finance, the facilitation of world trade, the rapid evolution of technology (including communication technology) have an enormous impact on the way business in general and the health care insurance market in particular is changing.

Whether it is for a health care insurance company or another provider of services related to health care financing and reimbursement of health care costs, the Diagnostic Review is a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the operational activity. This assessment is important as it can be used as the foundation for the design, development and implementation of the Future Strategy or State of the same insurance operation or company.

Each person is different, so is also each insurance company, each of them with their own size, insurance and business activities, aspirations and ambitions. For this, we have designed and developed a special Modular and Multi Level Service Delivery Model taking into the aforementioned that each company has its own specific situations, needs and available budget.

In particular, for the Diagnostic Review of the Current State of an insurance company, we have developed a Three Level Modular Service Delivery Model to be able to respond to the different needs of insurance companies:

• Level 1: "High Level Diagnostic Review"
• Level 2: "Comprehensive Diagnostic Review"
• Level 3: "In Depth Diagnostic Review"

We will perform a Diagnostic Review of the Current Situation of the insurance operation (including a SWOT analysis of your current company's vision, strategy, organisation structure and operational model). The role, position and situation of the insurance operation in the local, regional and/or global insurance market are an important element in this diagnostic review.
